Is my personal data and content secure?
Yes. Coursesuite is passionate about securing your personal information and data.
We only store your email address and encrypted password.
All payment information is stored externally on our secure 3rd party payment gateway site at www.fastspring.com
We do not store any of your produced or converted content in any of our apps other than the full Course Builder.
Can I cancel my trial or active subscription?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time and you then have until your expiry date is reached to access our apps.
There is no obligation for you to maintain a subscription.
How do I manage my subscription?
When you are a paid subscriber you can manage your subscription in the ‘My Account’ section on this site. You can also manage your subscriptions from the email notifications that we send you.
Coursesuite uses a third party payment gateway provider which provides all of our subscription procurement processing. As such, everything is automated.
Are there any discounts available?
Yes. We do have educational prices and corporate multiple user discounts available on request.
Do I need to maintain my subscription to use your site?
No. You are not required to maintain your subscription.
If you join any of our newsletters or mail lists you can unsubscribe at any time.
Any courses that you create in our Coursebuilder can be downloaded and re-uploaded at any other time. We do store all of your courses in a catalogue that you own and we run a process that cleans up any left behind courses three months after your exit.
If we sign-up for the bundle offer, can 3 peaople use the same account at the same time, with each person using an app?
No. One subscriptions gets you 1 concurrency to an app.
If you login and open one app then you can't open another app until the last one is closed.
One bundled subscription gives you access to all apps for one subscription.
Do I need to download your software to use your apps?
No. Our apps are cloud browser based and thus you can access them anytime, anywhere. We are developing downloadable versions that will allow you to be able to access the apps online and offline at any time.
What browsers do the outputted content work in?
All our apps produce responsive, device ready (HTML 5) content. We focus a lot of attention on ensuring:
- Courses complete successfully
- Playback works in as many modern devices as possible
What output format to do you support?
Supported exportable types inlcude:
- SCORM 1.2
- SCORM 2004
- No tracking: for web sites and local playback
- Comming Soon: Xapi
Which Learning Management Systems do you support?
Any SCORM compliant LMS, such as D2L Brightspace, Moodle, Go1, BlackBoard, Course Cloud, Totara, Scorm Cloud or hundreds of others. Xapi output is coming soon.
Do your apps work on mobile devices?
Our apps are designed to work best in modern browsers and devices.
We focus our attention on ensuring that the outputted courses and content work effectively in as many devices and browsers as possible.
